The successful applicant will have 5+ experience in a similar role, ideally within the London market covering schemes of less that 10 units all the way up to 300+ units in a single scheme. Excellent management skills, training, mentorship and the ability to gain the best from your team.

Main purpose of role: To provide administrative support to the Sales Director / Managers and their teams in your office.


Reports to: Manager / Director


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director, Sales Managers and their teams
  • Compile documents for ‘New Instructions’ and upload to Reapit
  • Update and maintain company website, portals, newspapers, magazines and window displays
  • Produce and order brochures, window cards and leaflets
  • Co-ordinate touts, canvassing and mail outs
  • Maintain the office appearance, filing systems and monitor stationery supplies
  • Produce letters and general correspondence for customers and clients
  • Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing post
  • Welcome customers and cover phones during busy periods
  • Handle basic customer queries during busy periods
  • Responsible for daily banking Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload
  • Work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines
  • Brilliant attention to detail with the ability to proof read, spell check and format to company standards
