It was during this time that I really discovered what London had to offer and was fortunate to make some lifetime friendships and connections that have been invaluable throughout my life and career so far.
In the early 90’s I took a leap into the world of residential property – working on high end new homes developments in Central and North London. I experienced the rollercoaster of the markets ebb and flow for most of the 90’s but throughout this time I achieved some real success by offering a real personal service underpinned with honest, professional advice. It is off the back of this success that in early 2000 I decided to set up my own dedicated new homes agency which grew into a team of 40. I successfully ran this agency for 18 years and took semi retirement until the pull of building a new business venture was too strong to ignore.
In early 2021 I decided it was time to set up a new agency with my colleague Stephen focusing on land and new homes and built around not only serving the needs of the experienced clients that I’ve worked alongside over the last 20 years but to offer a real personal service to new clients starting out on their first development project.
